Founder
Caio Xerri Alves
Meet our founder, Caio Xerri Alves, a world traveller and cultural explorer. Brazil-born Caio has spent 23 active years travelling from London to Perth, Australia, and has influenced Dubai design for 19 years. His design skills, hospitality management and aviation experience make him a versatile member of BLAK Interiors.
After over 12 years in international organisations, Caio’s leadership skills unite various teams. But his enthusiasm for improving the world one room at a time prompted him to start BLAK Interiors. Having travelled to over 90 countries, enriches his design eye.
The University of Brighton-validated KLC School of Design alumni Alves is a Member of the British Institute of Interior Design, a BIID Registered Interior Designer® and has an Australian Hotel Management Diploma. His work consistently blends Middle Eastern and Brazilian design elements, capturing Brazil’s interior architectural diversity. His mission; to apply his internationally inspired design vision to improve the world one space at a time.
Interior Designer
Kiruthiga
Kiruthiga, our newest employee, has exceeded our expectations and quickly become an indispensable asset to our team.
Although she was initially shy, she has since blossomed into a confident and vital contributor, bringing a wealth of energy and innovative ideas to the table.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have her on board and can’t wait to continue working together to create even more breathtaking and unique settings for our customers in the future.

Junior Architect
Rodrigo
Rodrigo is a talented Junior Architect who holds a BArch degree from the prestigious Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism (FADU) at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). At BLAK, Rodrigo has been an invaluable member of our team as a freelance Interior Architect, consistently demonstrating his commitment and passion for the field.
Rodrigo has been instrumental in ensuring that our projects are completed within tight deadlines without compromising on style, creativity, or attention to detail. He has been a true asset to our team, particularly during busy periods, and has helped us deliver exceptional work to our clients.
We are extremely fortunate to have Rodrigo on board, and his contributions have been vital to our success in the creative industry. We look forward to continuing our journey with Rodrigo and to seeing him grow into an even more accomplished architect.

Boban
Boban, our Interior Designer Intern, has consistently gone above and beyond expectations, tackling everything from blog writing to mood board creation to making cheese platters for our weekly book club with a level of dedication and enthusiasm that never fails to impress us. As we celebrate our first year in business, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for all that Boban has brought to our team.
His commitment and hard work have been instrumental to our success, and we are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to take on new and exciting projects in the future. Thank you, Boban, for all that you do!
